Hi Support Group member,

Happy New Year!

Lake Houston Alzheimer's/Dementia Caregiver Support Group (Barbara's group) -- meets Monday January 12, 7:00-8:30 pm at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 2929 Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339. Pre-registration is required. For more info about my group and the other (daytime) support group see this page of my web site https://www.synapsesite.net/support_groups. Please let me know if you plan to attend. On Sunday January 11 I will send my final reminder email just to those who have registered, with room number, Zoom link (if needed), etc. I have Katherine Murphy on the RSVP list.

Dinner Out -- Our group's monthly Dinner Out will be Wednesday January 28, 6 pm, at Oriental Gardens, 1528 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339. This is for present and former caregivers, and for those with dementia as well (as long as they can enjoy the social time with you). It's not a support group but a time to socialize and get to know one another. I need to hear from you by Monday January 26 if you do plan to attend. (no regrets necessary)
